I saw how women were doing “all the right things” — yet still stuck in recurring pain, inflammation, and fatigue — without ever being shown why their body couldn’t fully complete repair - that’s frustrating!

So since most women are told what ‘Endo’ is — very few are ever told what it disrupts internally — or why your body feels like it’s working against you; even when you do your best.

Why i created this guide

I decided to change that!
